Look ma, no pants! Statement skirts are everything right now and while this is actually a skort, it still made a statement.

Rocking a mini skirt in the winter is bold because, well, because it’s winter. I love pairing them with sheer black tights and flat ankle booties. The tights do little to keep your legs warm but at least you have the flat booties so you can move quickly back into the heat, if I’m being honest. This skirt from Zara is easily one of my favorites. It pairs two different trends and two different fabrics seamlessly. The tweed and leather work so well together to give the skirt a contrast and then there’s the military and rocker chic elements to it. Rocker chic is my favorite style to wear and this skirt gives it that edge but the contrast of the tweed and the cashmere sweater soften the look.
